Couldn't wake up early enough to get in my early morning run so I 'll be doing it all when I get back from dropping the kids off at school.

GS legs surprised me also but after I started moving around my Doms went away quickly, mine were in my calves lol

Today was Fit to Dance, a highpoint of my morning. Christi is beyond fun!

Good morning !

No workout all weekend, due to a migraine. I'm coming back, but slowly. If I workout today, it'll be stretching or a walk later if I feel up to it.

I hope everyone had a good Mother's Day !

Had to do mid paycheck food shopping and finished my workout this am.

GS BSB, 4DS Kickbox cardio only & core work,

DH is off today so he took me out for a pre birthday lunch at our favorite sushi place afterwards off to Target where I picked up some nice running skorts and the perfect push ups :)He asked me what I wanted as a birthday present so thats what I got along with the book called 'The Host'.

Off to get dinner started early
