Today was Cardio Supersets.
Almost finished with this rotation, can't wait for April!
 
Good morning everyone,

I have the day off today. yeah. Running kids to dental appts.

This morning I did Xtrain Bi's/tri's + Tonique Born to Move workout 2 - about 30 minutes of segments. My legs are fried. This one is just sooooo tough.

Conni - you are loyal to your rotations. I've been doing a loose Xtrain rotation. I've been committed to the weight work and making sure I do enough leg/cardio workouts. I really like Xtrain. It's a phenomenal program.

I did 27 minutes of This is Taebo didn't want to tax my knee too much the first cardio workout after taking off to try and get the inflammation down.
