Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone.

Growing up, I was Siobhan McAneney - now that's an Irish name if ever I heard one. I was also a competitive Irish dancer for years. So - today I will wear green. I am too old to stand in line on a cold night to drink green beer but I've passed many a St. Patty's day in a pub.

Today I had a crap workout - but at least I did something.

I did Chest/back 4DS + Chest/back KCM split sessions + KB Babe - 3 rounds.

Carmen - great to hear from you and Conni - I wish improved health for your DH.

Today was a rest day - I did Ab Circuits Pilates segment and Stretchmax 1.

Lowmax tomorrow....

To not add more injury to my already hurting ankle and knee I picked workoutd today that had little latetal movement. So I did Amy Bentominutes 's Xtreme Kickboxing Bonus Bag and then did KCM TLC Boxing Combos workout for a total of 38 minutes of boxing.

I may do some abs just cuz I need to.
