Daily Check-in Monday June 15

I couldn't find today's check-in. I started this one... hope I didn't overlook it.

I did STS meso 3 workout #1 (disc 25) chest and back.

I am really stronger after this recovery week! The weight I couldn't bench press on a flat bench (and made myself look bad in front of DH who was spotting me!) a few weeks ago, I did it today, the first couple of sets with little effort, the last two sets, with effort but still completed all reps!! WOOHOO for STS!

Where is everyone? Today was my rest day :) Tomorrow @ 5am I won't be so happy ;)

I did BM2 this morning . What a workout !!!
It really hits EVERYTHING !!!
