Good morning ladies,

This morning I walked the dog for 20 minutes and did a 30 minute yoga workout. I will be walking the dog another three times today (I've had to walk her everydayyyyyyyyyyy!!!! - 5 times a day so will be glad when DH and DD come home as DH walks the dog wayyy more than the rest of us).

Have a great day everyone. Today, I am back at work. Vacay over - for now.

Today was Cathe Live Metabolic Circuit from July 10. Practically perfect for me, right length, just enough crazy cardio and enough lighter cardio also. I must decide what to revisit this week since Cathe is on vacation...
 
Hi gals,

Busy day, 2 appointments with kiddos (one doctor, one wisdom teeth out) so I managed to do a quick workout of 2 Taebo Express workouts.

Add in a 15 min. hike in the woods with my oldest son including stepping foot on the Applachian Trail for a few minutes.

And I wasn't really dressed to hike but when your oldest son says wanna see 'high rock' YOU GO!!!

Hi ladies I did day 6 of the Bodyrock 30 day summer body transformation challenge it was short by sweaty!
