Hi ladies,

Another week is upon us.. Today was a rest day - I did TF stretch 40 and Ab circuits Yoga segment. Felt sooo good!
 
Hi gals,

I did heavy weight work for shoulders, then did Power Hour abs and a KCM Step Boxing premix.

It is humid today. :(

I did Flex Train minus the abs section.
