Good morning everyone,

This morning I did not feel like working out - so I did a mish mosh of sorts. I did:

KPC/Legs & Glutes premix - 25 minutes only
Intensity bootcamp - 8 minutes
Jessica Smith Cardio Abs - 10 minutes

Conni - you must be exhausted!

Hi ladies,

Not a bit exhausted, totally exhilarated! Great show, sold out crowds and people came back to see it again! Another great effort by a fantastic group of people. I will miss the graduating seniors a great deal, but am already excited about next year.

Today was Power Hour, I was a shaking mess by the end of that one.
 
Hey gals,

Worked 4 out of 5 days last week then got the cold dh has had for the last week.

So this week I am still sick but did manage to do 2 Taebo Express workouts today.

Hopefully I will start to feel better soon.
