It feels good to be the early bird again!

Yesterday hike up Crowder's Mountain was great!! I loved it. Today is C&W. Have a good one!

Jane, my cruise is only 4 days, but I took some exta time off for GP. I plan to watch DD's sports events, tennis and hockey, and just enjoy not being at work!

Good Morning & Happy October 1st !
Lucky Phyllis ! Have a wonderful vacation. It's good to see you here bright & early again !:-) Has anyone else been waiting for an Oct. rotation to be posted ? I know I need to do weights today, but have no idea what I'm doing for the month..... what is everyone else doing ?? I haven't picked out my exact workout but I'll post when I'm done ! I'll bbl..... Morning Gals!
I'm doing BBC this week combined with some running and B&G.}( I am going to do something I haven't done since last year! I plan on doing 5-6 days of cardio this week! I've been eating like cr@p and just feel like I need that extra cardio push as well as a change of pace. :-) I don't know how I'll fair since I'm not used to it but gonna give it a go anyway so...... BBC arms and abs + short cardio for today. The cardio will either be BBC non-TM or a CTX cardio. I'll decide on that later.... Have a great day!

I have no idea what I'm doing this month, rotationwise. Since I will be away for a bit of the month, I probably won't start anything unti midmonth. Until then, I'll do whatever. I'm open for suggestions!

Hi everyone,
Come on now, where is the rotation for this month? There is no update on the DVDs ( which I am starting to get slightly annoyed about, considering other instructors are out there taped much later and are just about ready to ship...hmm?) I have started the October 06 rotation as a standby, doing Lowmax today and abs from Stepheat. Phyllis, are you taking your vaccum on the cruise???}( |

Okay, I ended up doing Ready,Set, Superset and core w/weights from Strength Toolbox.

Do you like Strength Toolbox? Is that Mindy?? I had not done LM in ages, you need to do it. It was good without feeling like you are dying afterwards. |

I did it. I did the darned non-TM cardio from Arms and Abs. OMG, that is KILLER!!! YIKES! I can run 10 miles but THAT little 20 minute work out beat me to heck! What's up with that!? LOL
