Today is first disc /week 2/ meso 3 . I THINK it's chest and back .

Rest day for me today. I did not sleep well last night :mad:

Phyllis ~ Thanks for getting us started!

Becky ~ I started Meso 3 yesterday. I liked disc 25, but the length of the UB workouts will be hard for me to do during the work week. I'll either have to shorten the rest periods between each set, or only do 3 sets instead of four. :confused:

Phyllis - You are really into this STS arent' you? I am impressed by your fortitude. Are you seeing results?

Today was cardio and shoulders - I did Gay's All Cardio Step and the Shoulders, calves and core section from 4DS.

It was hard driving to work in the dark....yuk!
 
Ok, I am back hopefully to getting my workouts in everyday.

I did Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp today since I still need to mix it up and not do as much kickboxing even though my knee hurts more doing hi/lo that it does kickboxing. My body has become accustomed to kickboxing and is not responding like I want it too so variety is my friend and enemy at the moment.:(

Good evening - I'm late for check in. I did the first four circuits of Jillian's No More Trouble Zones. I loved that it was still light out this evening.
