Hi ladies,

This crazy week is almost over, on to the crazy weekend now!

Today was TurboBarre....ouch!
 
Oooh, haven't done turbobarre in a loooooooooooong time.

Today I did LBB (a half-assed version as I was not in the mood) + 100 hip thrust challenge + 30 KB squats + a short meditation.

Have a great day everyone. Hopefully it gets warm as promised.
 
Ok since I can't do cardio for a few days, I did 40 minutes of upper body and abs off of CTX Upper Body Split for my workout today.
