Big day in the USA today n'est pas?

Today I did Bob Harper KB cardio shred + 10 minute exhale core fusion pilates plus pure core segment.

Enjoy the day everyone. Happy 4th of July. Is this Independence Day? From the British?

Yes, it is independence day, when back in 1776, the declaration of independence from the British Rule was signed, declaring our nation free.

This morning was Ride, but I don't have a bike, so I did Amy's ASC 3, all five combos and stretch. Nice steady state workout and I was up for the longer length. I have noticed huge gains in cardio endurance from all my Cathe workouts.

Happy 4th ladies. Just finished a super intense ZCut cardio workout. I did better with this workout than last time according to my log only in that I was able to finish it but still not in the same time as Zuzka. Feeling strong today. :cool:

Happy 4th gals,

Today I did Leslie Sansone's Just Walk the 5 mile Friday walk.

Hip was better during the first 4 miles then ached some during the last mile.

Hopefully it is on the mend.

Gonna lay in the sun now it is actually cooler here which is nice.
