Did the Cathe Live workout from yesterday, great fun and it went by so quickly. I loved it, and it was nice seeing some Road Trip peeps also!

Today I did X10 Low impact + fat burning segment + BJ Gaddour Upper Body Crush.

Yes I think the road trip is going on now.

I did the Advance Taebo #11 today with weighted gloves on.

Laid out in the sun yesterday and got more sun than I thought because it wasn't very hot at all. I have a wonderful tan this year so I am happy.
