Today is GS BSB.... I'll see how I do when I start biceps...these may have to be tacked on over the weekend... I'm not going to stress this wrist!

TGIF Ladies!!

Today I have PUB scheduled and yuppers already feel a slight case of DOMS in my lower body from B&G yesterday.

Hope all have a fantastic Friday - loads to get done so I hope to check back in later on today.

Today will be UB plus abs, as I have been neglecting them.

Vilma ~ Between a LB workout Wednesday and spinning last night my legs are about to go on strike!

Patti ~ Well, last night when I arrived at the gym Michelle had that same one student for class, only they were spinning instead of kickboxing.

Today was a rest day - not! I did Donna Read 2306 hi/lo with intervals and core workout.

Tammy, I suspect I am dealing with a herniated disc myself.
Last night the pain was so bad I almost went to the ER.
This morning I made an appointment with a spine specialist at an Orthopedic center.
I go next week.

My daughters friend Alex is still in ICU, still critical & unconscious , but they believe she is making progress.
When I start feeling sorry for myself and my back, I just think of poor Alex and then realize many, many people have it much worse.
Thanks for continued prayers for her & her family.

I am sick of this flu/cold today is day 4 down and I am down right sick of it! But I did purchase P90x Plus today so that made me feel better.

I'm sorry Jane, Becky, and Beth aren't feeling their best. I know how Phyllis feels although I have been keeping on track for once :eek:

I have not heard of Donna Reed so I will have to check it out. I do think Vilma will enjoy matching DOMS on her upper half }(

My day did not go as planned so I am doing a workout this evening. I'll do 30 minutes of cardio followed by abs. Maybe I will do the low max blasts hmmmmmm or maybe 4DS KB...hmmmmm I don't really want to work out at 8:00pm but I know I will feel just terrible if I don't do it. Tomorrow morning is heavy weights. yippee!
 
Thanks Phyllis - I am glad to working out again too!

Patty - I'm staying on track for the most part... I think it is the rotation choice. I'm finding that I do much better with more lifting and not the killer cardio rotations.

I finished GS BSB. I had a little trouble with the concentration curls with my left wrist. I used 15# for the right but had to drop to 12# on the left really fast and then didn't really use good form... I found myself "assisting" a little too much with my body. I really should have skipped the conc. curls but I did the right side first so..... my left side got worked less than my right on this round.
