Today was Cathe Live Cardio and Core, I did the Hiits on my rebounder. I wish I had good spring flooring like Cathe, but I don't so I have to be more conscious of the high impact.
I did 40 minutes of the Total Body Fat Blasting Taebo Workout basically starting from where I left off yesterday. I did do one combo shoulder weight move till failure also. But that taebo workout has lots of weight work in it.
