Standing Lateral Raise - 13's/12 reps - 3 sets
Arnold Press - 18's/12 reps - 4 sets
Barbell Upright Rows - 55#,50#, 50#50#/12 reps - 4 sets, these burned!
Seated Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 13's/12 reps - 4 sets
TRAPS:
Standing Dumbbell Shrugs - 35's/12 reps - 4 sets

LEGS:
Leg Extensions 2 warm up set: 25#/12 reps
Leg Extensions - 35#/12 reps - 3 sets
Leg Press Station - 150#/12 reps - 4 sets

Elevated Deadlifts - 55#/12 reps - 4 sets
