This afternoon I will do shoulder & traps!

Today was Shoulders and Trap. Like I just mentioned, my legs are in a very nice soreness state from my leg workout and my Cardio Coach workout from yesterday. I feel great!!!

1 min. 30 second rest between each exercise and set.

SHOULDERS:
Standing Lateral Raise - 5's/15 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Standing Lateral Raise - 12's/12 reps - 3 sets
***Did two warmup sets just to warm up the area. Still have some soreness in my neck/shoulder area. Up 2#.

Arnold Press - 17's/12 reps - 4 sets
***Up 2#.

Barbell Upright Rows - 50#/12 reps - 4 sets
***Up 5#. Love this exercise. It has always been one of my favories.

Seated Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 17's/12 reps - 4 sets
***Up 2#, really felt these!

TRAPS:
Standing Dumbbell Shrugs - 35's/20 reps - 4 sets
***Upped the reps to 20 because this was suppose to be incline shrugs and I just don't like those. Got a great burn.

Debbie - nicely done on those weights! I don't know how to do an incline DB shrucks, :confused: I guess, I will do a standing DB shrucks/20 reps/4 sets too! Did you see my ? from yesterday? I ask, you if I could do a circuit workout instead of a cardio? Do you think that would be to much?

Just finished cleaning the house. Whew...shouldn't that count as an official workout? Headed downstairs to do some cardio. Probably Rhythmic Step since I have it on the brain. Later DH and I will do the partner med-ball abs and I'll start my 2nd round of STS M2 with D13: Chest/Shoulders/Tris.

Elevated Deadlifts - 55#/12 reps - 4 sets

Seated Leg Curls - 50#/12 reps - 4 sets

CALVES:
Leg Press Station Calf Raises - 60#/25 reps/4 sets

and Wednesdays back and biceps workout:rolleyes::rolleyes::p

Back and Biceps.

BACK:
Underhand Barbell Rows - 45#/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Underhand Barbell Rows - 55#/12 reps - 3 sets

One-Arm Dumbbell Row - 25#/12 reps - 4 sets

Overhand Australian Pullups - BW/12 reps

Dumbbell Pullover - 25#/12 reps - 4 sets

BICEPS:
Seated Dumbbell Curls - 18's/12 reps - 3 sets

Alternating Incline Dumbbell Curls - 18's/12 reps - 3 sets

Barbell Preacher Curls - 35#/12 reps - 3 sets

Hammer Curls - 18's/12 reps - 3 sets

Well, I did yesterday's planned workout today. I still was not feeling well, but darn it I was determined to finish my 2nd round of STS, so I did it YAY!!!:eek:

Here's today's workout:

Turbo Fire- FIRE 55 EZ CLASS= 57min
Calories burned= 700
Met Value= 9.0

Turbo Fire- ABS 10 CLASS= 10 Min
Calories burned= 68
Met Value= 5.0

STS Disc 36 M3 W4 Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps= 61 min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 500

Total calories burned= 1268:eek::cool:


Ok, that's it for me today girls I'm still not feeling well fighting naseau all day and feeling dizzy. Please excuse me skipping personals tonight. Have a wonderful evening ladies.
