Sorry for beeing MIA this weekend and for venting the other day (although none comment ). Been unpacking since Friday, can't stop missing all kinds of stuff. Today I will start M1. I will catch up later, need to get my workout in. BBL!

Good Morning,
Tonite for me is Slo-Robics Ellen Barrett which is good it won't make my shoulder any worse slept wrong. DH downloaded Kettle Worx for me so I might give that a try next month, its a 6 week rotation. Belinda-even though we don't comment we are all listening rant away. I hate it every time we moved something came up missing. Have fun with your workout. How are you feeling? |

Hi girls!
Late check in. But I usually miss Mondays, so ![]() I actually had this URGE to run today! So I went and did my first run in a long time. Took it easy. Did 25 minutes at a slower pace. LOVED it! I came home and did 45 Minutes of Yoga X. I'm about to go do some foam rolling. My buttocks are really hurting! Belinda: I'm sorry, I've been spotty here and there and I think I missed your venting. What's wrong, girlfriend?!?!? You're back to M1 now? This is the Pyramid still?Hi Roxie! That sounds like an awesome workout for today. Sorry to read about your neck Hi Debbie and Nora!!!

Good Evening,
Tonite was Slo-Robics and it felt great. Stats: 48 min 27 in the zone 122 min hr 164 max hr 233 cals burned. Chris-sounds like a nice workout we had rain all day so a run wouldn't have been possible. |

Hi girls!
![]() No workout to report in with for today but I planned on this being my recovery week. I haven't been sleeping well so I hope to get rested and keep any exercise should I do any lite so I can truly rest and recover. Roxie- I see you did Slo-Robotics, not sure what that is since I'm not familiar but have fun and take it easy on the back and shoulders. Have fun! ![]() ![]() Chris- Nice job on your workout today doing a nice 25 minute run and 45 Minutes of Yoga X, great job! OH! And foam roller, I know you'll love that. I bet you feel awesome afterwards. Take care![]() Belinda- Oh no your missing stuff from the move in the delivered items. That sucks, I'm so sorry. I don't blame you for wanting to vent, i didn't check our thread yesterday so I missed it. Take lots of deep breaths and try to relax and enjoy Meso 1 it might be a good way to workout some of that frustration in a positive way. Please enjoy your workout and take a nice relaxing warm bath, treat yourself you definitely deserve with all that you've been dealing with.
