I will work my abs today and walk the dogs. I will catch up with personals today.

I was going to go for a walk today but the high is suppose to be in the mid 50s with 15 to 20mph winds gusting to 30 so thats not going to happen, I will do a stretch major DOMs in the triceps and hamstrings and I still need to work abs.

Hi ladies. Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Today I did legs and 1/2 of HIIT Pyramid.

I used the drop set method again for everything except calves: 12, 10, 8, 6.

Alternating front lunges - 50# (stayed same weight)
Squats - 80# (up 5)
Alternating rear lunges - 50# (stayed same weight)
Alternating Plie squats - 40# (last week I did just reg. plie)
Deadlifts - 60# (same weight)
Step ups - 60# (same weight)
Calf raises - 3 sets of 25 turned out, parallel, turned outs
