Good Morning,

Today is a rest stretch day and we are going to clean the room my mom is staying in. Its suppose to be a spare bedroom but it has turned into a storage room so it is going to take awhile.
 
Hi ladies. Today I worked legs and did just 1/2 of HIIT Pyramid and Yoga Abs.

I used the drop set method again: 12, 10, 8, 6

Alternating front lunges - 50#
Squats - 75# (should have gone heavier)
Alternating rear lunges - 50#
Plie squats - 75#
Deadlifts - 60#
Step ups - 60#
Calf raises - 60# and did 3 sets of 25 turned out, parallel, turned out
Also did donkey kicks 2 sets of 16 with 8# (Cathe calls them pizza presses)
