Hi all!

I couldn't find a thread for today, so I started one.

here's my workout for today:

KCM-30 Minutes to Fitness Bootcamp-Workout#1= 27 minutes
Calories burned=295

KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Bootcamp
Bonus Stretch only= 19 Minutes
Calories burned= 52

I tood it easy today, as you can tell from my workout, but I did do something for exercise. So, I'm happy about that part.
