Hi girls!

Happy Friday everyone! I just finished today's workout wow it was fun but very efficient had to watch time due to appointments, running kids to school, and errands. So, I just get to it and quickly check in.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Pump Challenge= 25 Min
MV= 6.50
CB= 285

Les Mills Combat- Power Kata 45= 45 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 461

Total calories burned= 746

That is it for me right now since I gotta run, but I will try to come back later for personals. Have an awesome Friday and killer workouts.

I just finished TURPO JAM I did Turbo Booty Sculpt + abs = 31 min plus Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix


Roxie - Congratulations on selling your house I am sure you all happy. Hope you find a place soon.

Debbie - I know how you feel about getting a good weight workout in. Try to get some rest.

Nora - nice cal burn as usually. Good job!

Chris - what are your plans today?

Good morning girls!

I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Combat- HiiT 2 Shock Plyo= 30 Min
MV= 10.0
CB= 410

Les Mills Pump- Core= 13 Min
MV= 5.0
CB= 89

Total calories burned= 499 this workout was intense and short and sweet but definitely effective, love that!

Well, that's it for me today. I understand there is a nasty winter storm back east bringing snow and the like so keep warm and be careful for those of you living back east. Have a great workout if you're working out today and have a fab weekend.

Never got my workout in yesterday I just finished TJ=20 min workout and Turbo Fire Core 20 min. Getting ready to driver to DC. I will be back for personals later.

Finally feeling back to normal!

Today I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Melt Workout 1. Had a really good, sweaty workout. I like those workouts, I just wish I could mute Jillian. She's annoying.

Then I did the ab work from Step, Jump & Pump. It's been a LONG time since I've done ab work. Felt good. I need to keep up with that.

We had a blast visiting Alesia yesterday. She made us a lunch, it was so delish.

Debbie - good job on your yoga workout this morning. I am trying to work my abs at least 3x a week. I am not getting nice abs skipping it.

Good Morning,

I didn't get a traditional workout in this weekend we were busy loading a trailer with the couch and a huge tv closet thats not really what it is but I can't spell what it is one of those french things that hold close. We took a load to storage and the unit is almost full so dh is suppose to set up appointments to look at houses on Wednesday.

Debbie-good job with yoga and abs something I really need to do more of.

Belinda-sounds like a fun weekend.

Les Mills Combat- Combat 60 Live Ultimate Warrior= 60 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 614

Total calories burned= 925 Wow!

Roxie- Loading stuff up to move is seriously a killer workout. I know I'd count that as a workout, and good for you getting through it all. Its tough going but I hope it all pays off in the end and I'm confident it will for you. Hang in there kiddo and job well done, so give yourself a ^^^5

Belinda- Glad you had a lovely lunch and visit with Alesia, enjoy!

Debbie- Congrats on your feeling good, its the best~ Also, well done on Yoga Melt Down, I do like that workout but your right sometimes I really would just like to mute Jillian. WTG on your workout and awesome about feeling good again, keep that going forward

Chris- I hope you were able to get some rest I'm sure those overnights are brutal. So, what are you up to workout wise for today? Oh, I hope your son is doing much better now. I know you mentioned he wasn't and it messed with his blood sugar levels so I hope all is well now. Take care!
