This morning I did CLX Push Circuit 3. DH and I went to try and find a place to live but we didn't find anything.
 
Hi Girls! Happy December!!!

I worked Friday night, and then yesterday I did MMA: Fusion. Plus started doing the Holiday Squat A Thon for December. I'm doing Kettlebell Swings (which involve squatting). 20 yesterday, 25 today. Today I also did Yoga Max.

Also for December I want to get in one yoga workout a week.

AND , Tomorrow I'm going to start Cathe's December 2012 Rotation!

Belinda: Happy Anniversary!!!! Hope you get to enjoy some romantic time with DH!!!.... I did the Detox for 3 days. It's not really a detox or cleanse. Roxie: So you did give your notice! Are you done or do you have 2 weeks? I bet you felt bad doing that. I think you will find something eventually to live. How long do you expect to be at your house packing/getting ready?

I am getting ready to do CLX Recharge I really need a stretch. I have been shredding stuff today no sense in moving trash.

Chris-I did feel bad I am the only employee they have but she is going to treat me like shit for the next 2 weeks. I imagine its probably going to take me a month to get everything packed and the house clean and trying to find renters. Good job with Yoga Max.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #1. Had an ok workout. I should have done a longer workout but I was really tired when I got up.

CARDIO STATS:
40 minutes total
5 minutes below zone
21 minutes in zone
15 minutes above zone
326 calories burned

So it seems I'm allergic to Neem. I've been breaking out in hives for about a week now, maybe longer. The itching is unbearable. I couldn't figure out what was causing it because I didn't think homeopathic supplements could cause allergic reactions. I changed my laundry detergent, stopped eating certain foods and the itching continued. I'm scratching myself until I bleed, it's really nasty. Lotion helps, and hydrocortizone cream helps, but the itching continues all day.

Last night I didn't take the Neem and I'm already a bit better this morning. I contacted the doctor I went to see and she told me she'll meet with me in a couple days after the rash goes away to see what else I can take. I'm bummed. I have been feeling so much better - no more headaches, my energy is back. Hopefully she can put me on something else that will work just as well minus the itching.

Debbie-that sounds awful I would take Benadryl for the itching.

Tough night at work last night, glad it's over.

Today I decided to start Cathe's December 2012 Rotation. I did Muscle Max, but minused the abs because my abs were sore from Yoga Max yesterday. I did add on my 30 Kettlebell Swings for Squat A Thon Day 3.

Debbie: Yes, tell us, what is neem? Sounds like a healthy whatever it is. But sorry you're allergic!!!! Nice job on CC today!

Belinda: YAY on finishing Meso 2!!!! Enjoy recovery week!!!

Roxie: Sorry to hear you'll have a rough 2 weeks at work. Deep breaths and good workouts will be your friend!! Nice job on CLX!

Tonite I did CLX Lean Circuit 1 which focuses on all body parts including the core and then I did 1.47 miles on the TM.

Chris-this is my last month of CLX hoping I will have the new Cathes for January and the boss wasn't bad today.

I forgot to check in earlier. I'm taking this week as a recovery week and trying not to pressure myself to workout, so I may get some workouts in but just taking it back a few notches. So, no workout to check in with for today. Great job on those of you that got workouts in today, WTG Girls!!!;):)

Today was yoga and I did Yoga for Energy by Tamal Dodge again. I like that one. It's short and sweet and TOUGH!

I'm toying with the idea of maybe doing a free style weight workout tomorrow using light weights. Not sure yet.

Neem is a supplement made from tree bark. It fights mold in the body. Didn't I tell you guys I went to see a Natural Health Specialist? If not, I went the day after Thanksgiving and she said I had mold growing inside me. Gross! She gave me Neem and I've been taking it ever since. Well, not now. I'm hoping this itching will go away and she can find something else that will help with the mold. It was working great, I was not having headaches anymore and I have my energy back. I just bummed I seem to be allergic to it.

Today I did Turbo Fire 55EZ + my 35 Kettlebell Swings/Squats.

Felt really rushed today, and I have NOTHING done for Christmas. I ordered my first gift online today. 1 done, 25 to go!!! :eek:

Nora: Hope you have a good rest this week and feel better.

Debbie: How did that person know you had mold growing inside you? Did she do a swab? or xray? That's icky!!! :p NIce job on the yoga today!!

Roxie: My core was hurting horrible too! Hope you get out for your walk! I hope Xtrain is here soon, too!

Tonite instead of a walk I did TF HiiT 15 and TF Stretch 10. I forget it gets dark by the time I get off work so I couldn't go for a walk and I forgot a sports bra and I had on a blue bra and my top was white so I skipped the walk.

Chris-I don't even have a tree up because I don't know whats going on and presents are definetly out this year due to finances.
 
Hi girls;)

No workout today, still trying to let this be a recovery week. I've had alot of stress in my life lately and its been catching up with me in terms of lack of sleep and the last week or so shedding more hair then normal in the drain after a shower. Scared about that part so I guess I really need this to be a recovery week. I had to take my oldest to the Y after school pick him up then go home get the youngest and take him to his HS choir concert and drop him off. I went home and freshened up to hurry back to where the choir concert was so I was there when they opened the doors for the public to enter the auditiorium for the concert, Phew! I will try to get more sleep and relax its just so hard. I had a weird localized reaction to my MS med injection last week so kind of freaking out about tomorrow night's injection. Oh well. Great job on all of your workouts, bravo girls~ :)

Ok, so today I winged it and did a weight workout. Funny how I didn't get all excited about the workout. I think my subconscience is waiting for me to be in pain again, so the thought of possibly causing that pain makes me not want to lift. I had an ok workout. I only worked legs, chest, bi's and tri's. I also did some ab work.

The itching seems to be better today. I hope today I don't have many itching attacks. Yesterday I had them all day long. Today is day three of me not taking the Neem anymore so it should be almost totally out of my system.

Chris - She hooked me up to some type of small machine, she put bands around my wrist and it did testings of things in my body. I guess that told her the amount of mold spores I had in my body. It was weird.
