Hi Girls! Happy December!!!
I worked Friday night, and then yesterday I did MMA: Fusion. Plus started doing the Holiday Squat A Thon for December. I'm doing Kettlebell Swings (which involve squatting). 20 yesterday, 25 today. Today I also did Yoga Max.
Also for December I want to get in one yoga workout a week.
AND , Tomorrow I'm going to start Cathe's December 2012 Rotation!
Belinda: Happy Anniversary!!!! Hope you get to enjoy some romantic time with DH!!!.... I did the Detox for 3 days. It's not really a detox or cleanse. Roxie: So you did give your notice! Are you done or do you have 2 weeks? I bet you felt bad doing that. I think you will find something eventually to live. How long do you expect to be at your house packing/getting ready?
