I missed you guys over the weekend! My computer virus is back
I'm not sure that I ever really got rid of it actually. I think I may have to have it re-imaged which means I will lose all of my installed programs and will have to set everything (like itunes) up again
. Anyways, just not up to checking in on my phone these last few days, which, btw, I dropped into a toilet on Thursday! It appears to be working fine, but how nasty, ey? This morning's wo was D10 Chest, Shoulders & Biceps. Everything got good and sore so I'm hoping for DOMs tomorrow. I'm trying to decide what I'll do during my rest week next week. I've been eating way too bad to take it too easy

Lori - Congrats on finishing your marathon! How many does this make for you?
Kristin - I didn't leave the house one time yesterday and it felt great! I did LM, BM Abs & SM3. It felt so good to get on a step. I have to go along with Iris and Melissa...add more weight work to your cardio days. If it's not what you're in to you may start to dread it.
Melissa - We're on the same STS schedule! There were a lot of push ups in this one. What do you think you'll do during your rest week? I'm thinking about a week from one of FF's GRFS rotations. Enjoy your quiet day!
So, I am officially changing my work schedule to 8-4 today. DSD did pretty well last week getting the girls to school so hopefully we can continue with it for a while. It made such a huge difference to be home at 5:30 instead of 7:00. Workouts are early as hell, but it's worth it.
Anyways, it's slow at work today so I'll be hanging around.
