Good morning,

I will do D15 (BB) and abs today. I am doing the rotation Cathe posted on FB a few month ago for me. My workout equitment is set up in my huge basement. Love having all that space. Nice!

Kirstin - great job on MMA Fusion. When did you started MFP? I am with you on the check in. We had a lot of snow in Germany too. Hope not to see that stuff here, lol. Sorry your week is going crappy (((HUGS))) just take it easy!
 
Melissa - good job, on D23 and DOMS. Cathe posted a STS/STS TB/ LB/HR rotation on FB for me a few month ago, that's the one I am doing. Never done STS TB or LB.
 
Cookie - I wished I burned thousends of calories with everything that is going on, lol Good job keeping up with your workouts. Have you tried S&G without the discs? I got tired of using them in the RV. The disc don't work well on my carpet in the basement? I hear you on the eating, mine is all over the place. Have fun with your mtg today.
 
Debbie - good job with S&G Maybe your heartburn is stress related? And with everything you are going throught with your FIL, no wonder. Just take it easy, ok! LOL, no more pumping into things.

I just finished D15 and 45 min yoga on the ball w/ Sarah Ivanhoe! BBL!

Hello all! sTS m1 d9 complete. I only have one week left of meso one, which is great. Meso 2 is my favorite cycle. Work has been crazy this week with midterms. So glad tomorrow is Friday!!!!!

Belinda- yoga on a stability ball? How did you like it? I really like Cathe's yoga workouts. I would like to get more yoga workouts. I know you mentioned you are doing a pyramid own with STS. What is that exactly?

Cookie- my eating has been a bit erratic as well. I will do well for two or three days and then I blow it. Not sure what that's about. I'll bale it in stress.

Debbie- I love slide and glide. It is fun and a good sweat, especially when you are short on time.

Melissa- how is school going? That nutrition class ounds cool.

Trish- seeing your food diary on MFP is inspiring. You really sick with it. I need to be more disciplined.

Evening!
Getting ready to head home. The meeting is still going on, but since my part is over, I left. It's snowing and I want to get home.
Belinda, you and Deb have me convinced to try s/g again. I want so much to be able to do it, just feel completed flumoxed by those discs some times.
Deb, s/g is your fav? I would have thought turbo barre. How's the heartburn today? Glad you fil made it thru the first surgery ok
Kristin, I prefer meso 2 also. Too many changes and pieces of equipment used in 1 for my tastes.
Melissa, did you notice we're not interested in your classes other than nutrition? Shows where our preferences are.
Trish, glad to have you check in

Hi,

I went to the gym to take a spin class, it's been awhile since I've been to the gym. I also like getting my w/o out of the way in the morning . . . in an ideal world

Belinda - You might be right about the stress. Is your basement finished?

Kristin - Scary that we're almost 1/2 way through the school year I think snow will be here this weekend

Cookie - It's weird but sometimes I have a hard time with the discs but once I place my foot right it works. I only put 1/2 or less of my foot on the disc & lift my heel . . . not sure if that will help. I guess it could also be the type of carpet you have.

Melissa - Did you ever get the PT job?
