I couldn't find a chinners thread, so I'll start one. I haven't checked in for awhle, but am today 'cause I very excited about my chinning sets this morning. Felt very strong with my "big" set being 7 unassisted, then 4(+6 w/ Iron Woody skinniest band), 3(+4) & 2(+4). Then did incline set with Total Gym. I love flashing my guns now!
I always feel like I'm not doing enough 'cause I whip out those sets really quick, but I go by results. If 5 minutes does the job, that's cool!
