I did boot camp today. OMG! This one is a killer! I know I'm going to feel it tomorrow! How is the weather in Canada? Stay warm and save! Have a nice weekend. Belinda

Yesterday, I did a treadmill run instead of a walk. I did it slow though I did 5 miles in on one hour. I plan to do IMAX s after work today.
Yup, still really cold up here (minus 27 or something), 11 more sleeps till we feel the Florida sunshine.

I love boot camp, looking forward to it next weekend. Kim
