Good morning everyone,

this morning was IMAX 3 for me.
I never done this one befor;however
I had a lot of fun learning it.

Good morning everyone. I started the January rotation on the first. I received my replacement DVDs so I've been doing some substitutions to test them before I mail back my old ones.
Jan 1 one hour skate + stability ball abs from B&G
Jan 2 Pyramid Lower Body + 30 minute skate
Jan 3 Pyramid Upper Body
Jan 4 Imax 2
Jan 5 Drill Max (instead of Step, Jump and Pump)
Jan 6 Rest
Jan 7 Body Max II (instead of CTX Kickbox etc)
Today Low Impact Circuit instead of Step Blast.
Tomorrow will be Jazz dance instead of Interval Treadmill run.
