April Goals

Unfortunately, March more or less was a 31-day plateau. I saw a 1.5 pound loss this month, despite a very rigorous workout schedule and a very strict diet. But April is a new start, and I'm excited to see some well-earned results this month!

Fitness and nutritional goals for April:
1) Lose 2+ inches off waist
2) Lose 7+ pounds
3) Give current caloric intake program a chance for all of April
4) Drink at least 80 ounces of water each day. By the end of April, hopefully it will be closer to 100 ounces
