Extra time today, so I did GS Back/Shoulders/Bi along with a 4 mile run. I did 1.33 miles before each body part. Even though this took an hour and 45 minutes (including some 1RMes) the time went quite fast.
Hey guys! Marathon training is in full swing now - tomorrow I am giving the legs a break for some upper body maintenance and core. Woohoo!
