How's everyone 2day???

Did MM Upper Body Premix (low on weights... high in panting!:p) and MM Abs (did the whole set of the bike maneuver, for the first time!:D).

BTW, how's your 1RM tests going? I haven't' done any for the past 2 weeks... :(

Hey guys - started marathon training in earnest today. I am going to concentrate on that for a while and just do lighter upper body work. So - I'm in for ten miles this morning. I ran strong for the first eight and then my knee started getting a little tweaky - I pushed through anyway.

Hey guys-

Did GS Chest/Tri today along with a 4 mile jog. Was going to do some more 1RM, but haven't for a week or so. Oh, well.
