I've just started back into fitness after a horrible 4 1/2 year hiatus. I won't go into morbid detail, but I have 55lbs to lose and I'm 53
I'm currently doing Cathe's Official Beginner Rotation. I worked out with Cathe before and have all of her DVDs up to Butts & Gutts. One of the toughest things now is that I can't do the workouts I loved before, but I'm being patient with myself while I build my fitness level and lose this weight. When I read that you all have completed Imax 2 (love, love, love) Low Max, Kick, Punch & Crunch, Step Blast (oh how I love intricate step) and many others, I'm so irritated with myself that I can't do these at the present time...but I will again!!
Anyway, I was just wondering if there is a beginner's checkin...or if any would be interested in starting one?
