60 Day No Fast Food/Sugar-Oses- Wednesday

Good Morning!

Well I am back to Day 1 AGAIN! I feel like I am on some slippery slope that I can't stop falling on.. Have to really concentrate on getting more protein. I think this really is what helps me keep the sugar demons away!

Also, I have to toss the sponge candy my DH gave me for my birthday!

Deb, me too!!! There was some leftover hot fudge syrup from the b-day ice cream cake. I took one look at it this morning though and through it in the garbage.

More protein did keep those sugar demons away before, so I'll make some chicken breasts up today to have on hand.

It's funny how one little slip can take you so far backx(

Onward and upwards, march 2,3,4...Here we go again...

Hi ladies,

Well, its my birthday today. Doing pretty good so far. Took the kids to the zoo and stopped for ice cream on the way home. I had a couple of bites of a frozen banana which has a very thin chocolate coating. Does that count? Have I blown it?

Oh Deb, I feel your pain. I know how it is to slip and just not be able to get back on. That't how I managed to gain about eight ponds this winter. Hang tough, I know you can do it. It only takes one success to get the ball rolling again.

Carrie: we are lost! what is happening to us??
I did it again! the last 3 stinkin' pieces of sponge candy were calling to me and I could not resist.. I swear I am a sugar-addict.. tomorrow I have back to back meetings and I am sure someone will bring Tim Bits!

I will start my day with a protein shake! I can start again on Day 1 tomorrow..
