This morning was a 20 minute jog and 10 minute walk. This evening is an advanced yoga workout called "Nerves of Steel" and I have been working on this one for two years and they aren't kidding! Chinese splits, horse stance, and shoulder stands whoa nelly! I was going to do some yard work but the weed eater needs new line, I ran out bummer. I was unhappy with the scale this morning, I was up a pound. I don't really get it. I was within range on my calories, drank water, did cardio and I put on weight. The day before I ate a ton of food, worked out, did yard work, did yoga, and ate at Olive garden, the morning after that I lost a half pound. It makes no sense
Eats: AM 2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup Steel cut oat meal, 1 tbsp coconut oil, strawberries 1/2 cup.
1 cup organic milk and my vitamins
1 ounce low sodium lays chips, 1 ounce macadamia nuts

Dinner: Home style pizza: foccacia, mozzrella, sauce, mushrooms and spinach
