road work
I'm heading outside for at least three miles of walking/hiking loveliness. I'm filling up my shuffle with livin la vida low carb. I do the low carb thing for my hormonal balance.
Todays eats:
Started with some left over barbecue pork.
Post WO: 1/2 c. oats with 1/8 cup berries, 1 tbsp coconut oil
snack: 1/8 of a green bell pepper,
Lunch: roast turkey, 2 cups spinach, 2 tbsp olive oil,
Snack: ??
