Morning
I did the cardio premix from 4-DS HIS and two hours of weed eating and pulling weeds. Eats were ok. Steel cut oat meal, 1/3 of a banana, a protein shake with 1 cup of black berries, the juice from one lemon, 3 eggs, 1 slice swiss cheese, 1 small corn tortilla, 1 ounce macadamia nuts, 1 ounce semisweet chocolate chips. Today is a low calorie day, so I will stop there.
