5ft 3 and under May 22

TGIF! Even though I was awake and fully aware (surprisingly) early this morning, I opted to stay in bed and take advantage of a rest day. Sat is usually cardio + STS weights. My nephew's 3rd birfday (as he calls it) party is tomorrow about an hour away so I'll just do cardio and move weights to Sun. I really think I need to take a day off from exercise at this point.

Tonite is Push Circuit 3 and then I really need to stretch my back out so probably some yoga to.

Meals
Brkfst-oatmeal and grapefruit
Am snack-strawberry shortcake yogurt
Lunch-chicken salad sand, carrots and baked cheetos
Pm snack-sargento colbey cheddar reduced fat cheese stick and carrots
Supper-ronzoni angel hair pasta spaghetti sauce and salad

Everyone have a fun and safe memorial day weekend.
 
I like Fridays!

Today is a 3 mile dvd and weed eating. Tomorrow is a step workout. Today's eats are pretty clean.

Berry Protein shake
Watermelon
Chicken hearts/gizzards and zucchini
1/2 artichoke heart, 1/2 ear of corn,

Since I'm not exercising today, I'm trying to make sure I eat better. I'll probably ruin it with dinner, but such is life!

breakfast - oatmeal
snack - none, early lunch today with coworkers
lunch - salad with grilled veggies, walnuts & balsamic vinaigrette
snack - hopefully cup (6oz really) of light yogurt (have a late meeting so may not get to have my snack, which will be the set up for a bad dinner 'cause I'll be starved)
dinner - undecided, maybe grill out if it isn't raining.

And now that it's typed up it looks terribly skimpy. I'm packing a granola bar with me for this meeting I do believe.
