Good morning,

Today's workout was a 7 mile intreval run on a 5% incline (calories burn 840) followed by abs. Tomorrow will be my rest day! Have a gret weekend everyone!

P.S. Will not be posting my eats for the weekend, tipically I allow myself 2 cheat day's, just for dinner my other meals remain the same.
 
Lourdes - I don't blame you for not posting weekend eats. You won't see me posting mine either! :eek: I usually have a cheat "out to eat late lunch" on the weekend. We very rarely eat out so eating out once on the weekend is a treat that I eat up (literally, tee hee).

I'm about to do 35 mins of Imax 3 followed by STS chest, shoulders, triceps. Then I'll get to run errands and do some house chores. Fun stuff.

Good job on your run Lourdes. I'm wishing I had a treadmill at my house b/c it won't stop raining long enough to go out and I can't control the tvs at the gym so it makes it kind of a drag. Oh well, such as life and this is why I have a library of Cathe DVDS!
