Good Morning,
Today is suppose to be a rest day and I might take it or I might do the TM then Med Ball Abs. I will definetly do the abs.
Over the weekend I did my first race. It was two miles. I came in at 28 minutes. For me that is really good. It was a road race called the Atalanta. She was a goddess of some sort. This morning I did a hike/jog for 30 minutes. I will do some yoga later.
