Good morning!

Had a busy day yesterday no time to check in. No workout today. Yesterday I wokeup and did a 4 mile jog just as a warm up, then off we whent to ASU whre my son's soccer team and the 95 girls soccer team where going to do conditioning. The ASU coach had as doing sprints up and down a pretty steep mountain about 25 times. I made my son proud, there was only 3 people that didn't have to pause and throw up through out the workout that was my son, one of his team mates (Jordy) and ME! It was cool! We will be doing that again next SAturday. Not to be mean or sound snody but it was a great feeling to beat all the 14 and 15 year olds out there, I though I would be one of the ones that would give up. Have a great Sunday everyone!

I'm about to do the hi/low premix from Hardcore Challenge then chest and back from STS.

Good Morning,

Today is a strech then abs and then yoga. I am going to lay out in the sun today Dh and I cleaned house yesterday so I am going to take it easy today.
