Hi ladies. Hope you all had a great weekend. Today I plan on running for 30mins then plyo legs and abs. I feel like I need to "make up" for not doing anything yesterday.

Good Morning,

Today is Lean Circuit 1 and yoga I am on vacation this week so I have more time to get them done.
 
Just curious - how do you guys go about planning your workouts? Do you plan for the week with backup plans in mind, or just wing it? I really stress out and spend too much time worrying about how to fit in this cardio or that weight. It's been a little easier following the STS weight training 'cause it's planned out for me basically. But the cardio...and trying to not get bored.

I had to be at work early and I'm just not up to running in 90 degree heat. So, I did yoga instead. Tomorrow, I hope to get a run in the morning.
