I managed to drag myself out of bed and get my exercise done and over with! I did Imax 2 in its entirety.

never did Cathe yesterday

I got in late and just didn't have a workout in me. Moving is such hard work. I'm amazed at the folks who do this for a living.

Today is LIS 4-DS. I plan to do the 4-DS as is this week.
