Hi ladies - yesterday I did 35 mins of the hi/low step from the 4DS then week 2 of plyo legs and abs. I am debating on an hour of cardio only today or 30 mins of cardio then biceps, triceps, shoulders.

I'm probably going to do a 3 mile hike, if my butt can take it lol!. I've been helping my dad move all weekend and each day I was working so hard I was sweating up a storm :eek:
