I did a 30 min walk/jog this morning followed by Stretch Max 1. Its hot and I'm hiding out in my room. My fan is on, I have the shades drawn, and I've got a couple of photography books to read. Life is good post workout, isn't it?
 
I wish I would have gotten my workout done and over with first thing. I may run 30 mins then do 30 mins of Step Blast. Of course, this may change by the end of the day and I may very well opt to just do all of SB and omit the running. It's still early!

TTOM started this morning and I don't feel well so that coupled with the fact that my mom is here I have decided to take the rest of the week off and then make it up next week.
 
Sounds like you need the break anyway. I bet you'll feel so much more rejuvenated and ready to hit the ground running after a rest!
