30 Day Veggers - Day 6

Thanks for the encouragement Diana! :)

Breakfast was Kashi blueberry waffles along with 2 eggs and some french vanilla coffee. ;) We will probably finish off the rest of the potato soup for lunch with a salad. Not sure about dinner yet. I'm tossing around the idea of a veggie lasagna. The heat will not be as bad today as yesterday, so I may be able to turn on the oven without roasted everyone in the house.

We have almost made it a week!!! Keep it up guys! :)

Liann your potato soup sounds really good! Maybe I make potato soup today?for dinner?

Gayle - Im so glad things worked out for you at the BBQ!

Today I had kashi and Soy Milk again. I can not tell a difference in the silk and reg milk in the cereal.

I am having left over pasta and asparagus for lunch. I have not decided on dinner yet but I am thinking grilled cheese and some kind of soup.
