Kate & Colleen: I like the all veggie burgers. I usually buy the veggie garden ones.
I made oatmeal cookies for my kids and I just had to try one. It was a new recipe that used honey instead of so much sugar. They weren't to bad. My DS(13) loved them. My DS(6) spit his out. Oh well, you can't please everyone. My DH said there is a lot of oatmeal in them.
yeh hun, that's the point.
Okay workout for today was B&G standing premix. I am also taking part in a Jumping Jack challenge. For the month of Sept. We are trying to see how many JJ we can do. Yesterday I did 500, not consecutive but through out the day. The idea is keep moving through out the day.
B: kashi puffed,skim,blueberries,2 egg whites
S: cottage cheese,1/2 banana and crisp bread
L: chicken with a salad on flat bread
S: protein shake
D: turkey burger and salad
S: not sure I am working tonight
