It's just another Manic Monday...I wish it were a Sunday......

G'morning gals! Are you going to have a clean or tidy day today?

I vote CLEAN!

We workout so hard...why ruin our efforts w/ bad eating?!
 
Here's my plan:

5AM - Weights from C&W (Woke up too late to do cardio too - hopefully later)

b - kashi, apple
s - apple
l - romaine, Y&O peppers, peanuts, salsa
s - Fiber One bar (yummmmmmmmmm)
d - not sure actually. Fam wants hot dogs on the grill., which are v.easy to resist. they also want homemade mac. I have a version that has no white sauce or butter and I use reduced fat cheese. Toss in WW pasta & it's pretty good. I'll have a portion-controlled serving of that with some fruit & veggies.

I have a board mtg tonight where they'll have choc. chip cookies. i WILL NOT have any. I work out to hard to ruin my hard work!!! (I'm going to repeat this to myself all day today!)

I'm so anxious for a Blog update!!!

w/o 45 min power walk

Today's menu:
b- oatmeal
s- fruit and yogurt
l-salad and fish
s-?
d- turkey baked ziti (not so clean)
s- tea

I was thinking about selling my Firm DVDs but I may save them for a light w/o for Fridays. I'm getting bored with yoga.

Robin - When you walk in the A.M. do you walk outside in the dark or do you treadmill it? We live out in the country & I'd be scared to death to go walk outside in the A.M.!
 
LOL no only during the summer months I walk around my park. Today was dark and cloudy so I walked on the treadmill.

Kate - thanks for the motivation this morning. I told myself this weekend that I need to recommit to eating clean no matter what. I am tired of the jiggle on my body.

w/o was Bootcamp This was the first time I was able to do all the core sections :) Usually I don't make it through the hip raises.

b: shredded wheat w/ skim milk & almonds
l: tbd
d: Sweet & Spicy Chicken or grilled pork with veggies

Back on track for me, last night, fell off the old wagon a bit, i feel really puffy today too!

Robin/Colleen, nice menus today, congrats too on the bootcamp success :)

Today, i started teaching my class, so snack was at lunch...i'm all screwed up for timing

B: usual oatmeal
s cc, pear
will post later..lunch will be my soup usual
Tonight, cardio/abs, probably KBX, i'm getting bored, cant wait for the 4 day splits!!

Hi everyone,

This my first chance to get on line.

My W/O was Drill max cardio blast and B&G ball abs

B:kashi puff cereal,skim, berries
S: (and part of breakfeast) protein shake with a banana
L:cottage cheese,apple,grapes, crispbread
S: salad with spinach and 2 egg whites, tbsp of almonds and flatbread
D: pork with broc.
S: ? probably cottage cheese and a peach

I started working days and it is a bit to get use too. Trying to get myself and the kids ready in the morning is hard.

I'm still doing my jumping jacks.Hope to get in 600 for today.
