Good Morning Girls.

Yup, I'm sore! Even my legs are sore and doing swings with a 15# bell is quite light for me! :D

Well, I just wanted to get us started. I need a bit more coffee before I really start to "talk". ;) I slept until 7:45 this morning-GO ME! :p

Well nothing accomplished yesterday but computer time ! :p Well, I did pay bills and work on a mentorship program . . . that was all that was productive.

Wendy - did ya win big? Sounds like Empirestate did a good job for you y'day. I didn't feel anything in the legs when I did my KB workouts - had more of a hard time with my shoulders being able to work the right angles without getting "stuck" since they are not normal anymore.

Anyone see Cathe's post on her "shock" rotation right now? I played a bit with a generic rotation and think I may try that but with a little more cardio. I also checked out some GWF's for sale on ebay. Hmmmmm . . .:confused:

And - no CABs y'day at all. Yea me on that one. Now to do the same today - one day at a time. At well also, but that's good since I just had two rest days ! :eek:

BBL to see how Wendy did in AC and see who else pops in. Not sure if we're going to see FIL today or not. Other than that, I have flowers to plant - woo hoo the sun is out this AM - y'day didn't show up until after 3 PM. I'm a little more motivated now ! :p
 
Hi Jacque and all who follow.

I just got back about 15 minutes ago from a 3 mile walk. My ped is almost at 7000 already thanks to that! ;) Oh, before I forget, I got in 10k+ steps on Friday. I took my ped off in AC before turning in cause it had hit 10k. I forgot to wear it y'day though. :(

Not quite sure what the rest of my work out plan is for this morning. Some kind of weight work but I'm flip-flopping on exactly what to do. I am going to start another round of 4DS this week but not sure if I want to start today or not. I am mixing up with 4DS and f/b weight work outs each week. Keeps it interesting. :)

Jacque:: Nope, I didn't win big. In fact, I didn't win at all. No surprise there though! LOL Have fun planting flowers today.

Jen:: No interesting martini to tell you about. Had my usual chocolate on friday night before dinner but by the time dinner was done I didn't want to drink anymore. I thought I might want one with lunch yesterday like last time but I didn't all that great y'day so that wasn't happening either. BOOH! :(

Diana:: I checked out your pics. Lovely! Your GDs are so cute! You must be so proud! :)

Laura:: How's mom?

Lori:: Is DS going to let you work out today?

Mornin' Girls,

I slept in a bit this morning, it was nice. Still waiting on the kids to get up to give DH his Father's day stuff. Teenagers, why do they have to sleep so much?

I didn't workout yesterday, just did some shopping and work around the house. The rotation calls for lowmax and tomorrow is Power Hour. PH is a tough one for me, especially the bicep routine that seems to go on forever! I will probably workout later in the day since I just ate breakfast.

Wendy-It sounds like you had a great time even though you didn't win anything. Having fun is what it's all about anyway. I always feel KB w/o's in my legs too. I actually looked at some KB's yesterday but I didn't buy any. I was shopping for another reason and didn't want to spend money on myself.

Jacque-Thanks for the PM. I'll check out the site you recommended. I haven't checked out ebay for a GWF, I'll have to do that. I'm also going to re-read the fitbit info since I'm still interested in that too. Enjoy your time in the garden, I'm sure your yard is beautiful.

Jen & Lori-What are you ladies up to today?

Laura-Were you able to get Mom home and all settled in? I hope so.

Well, it may very well be that my walk is my only work out today. I just ran out of time...If that's the case then I will consider this an active rest day.

Heading up north to see the inlaws soon.

Good evening, ladies!

Sorry I went MIA yesterday, but DSO got us the Director's Suite at the casino so we went down there last night and got home earlier today. Gorgeous accomodations! We had a great dinner last night and breakfast in bed this morning, and I came home with $40 more than I went down with, so it's all good!

Yesterday I did Jari's Ripped and Chiseled, and in between each exercise I ran on the treadmill for two minutes. I managed to incorporate a 30 minute run that way. No workout to report today though, because after we got home I prepared a meal of Beef Wellington for my dad and the rest of our family for Father's Day. It turned out great and was delish!

Jacque: Good for you staying away from the CABS! Wish I could say the same :eek: Had two cosmos last night while we were out, but they were worth the extra cals ;) Did you get your flowers in today?

Wendy: Only one, you say? Well, I had an extra one for you ;) You beat me on the steps today in a big way! I don't think I got more than 5k. All the extra steps do make a difference though! I bought smaller jeans yesterday :)

Diana: Your grandaughter's are gorgeous!! I can't get over the color of their eyes. It's stunning! Thanks for posting the pics.

Think it's time to hit the sack. I will not hit that snooze button tomorrow. Will be back in the a.m.
