Hi all, can't believe that I am starting this, this late.

I did PS chest, shoulders and triceps no push ups or dips, then I did 13 min. of taebo for a little bit of cardio.

Today its 45 min of Zumba.

hi All!

Yesterday was 30 min on the treadmill followed by 4DS Chest/Back. Today was my rest day :D
