As bad as my day is, my sister's day is probably worse. Please remember her in your thoughts and prayers today. She's having a really rough time of it right now. She has a new boss who's on a bit of a power trip and he's really trying to intimidate her. This is the last thing she needs right now.

Dana, I think you asked me about my upcoming surgery. Arthroscopic on my knee on Jan 29.

Hiya!!

Thank you all so much for your prayers and support for my sister. It was soothing and comforting to know that so many people were praying for her and thinking about her today.

I just got off the phone with her. The issues facing her at work have not been resolved but she said she had a good day and she's just going to take things one day at a time. Her union rep told her she is not to talk to her boss without representation and she is relieved to have their backing. Actually, her co-workers are behind her 100%. I'll let you know how things turn out. She has a pretty good attitude and she was really touched by the kindness of my forum friends

Well, it's after 9PM and I haven't had dinner yet. I made a huge pot of bean soup -- enough to last the week -- and I plan to have it for lunches. I also developed a raging migraine headache. I'll see you tomorrow. Thanks again -- you guys are the best! :*
