Hi and good morning ladies,

I hope I got the date right today:eek:

My breathing was a little better last night, but still didn't get a good night sleep with DH's snoring:rolleyes: He really needs to see a doctor for this! My nose is still very stuffy. I feel so run down.


Today I will take a walk, hope it doesn't start raining! Plus I will work my shoulders with the tubing. I don't think I will need Cathe's travel workout anymore, I am getting really creative with the tubing/bands:p:eek: I am just kidding! My biceps and triceps are still sore from Tuesday! I am working them good!

Nore, thanks! I am sooo tired! BTW, great workouts yesterday!

I will be back to report my workout!

Hi and good morning again,

I am done with my shoulder wo/w the Cathe's red tubing!

This is what I did!

- front/side raises superset 4 sets 15 reps
(this were tough, I was breaking a sweat:eek:)
- Military press 4 sets 15 reps
- upright rows 4 sets 15 reps
- band pulls 4 sets 15 reps

After my walk, I will do band leg workout. I also have to work my abs one of this day's :rolleyes: Let's see how much engery I have left after my walk?

I just wanted to let everyone know, from Debbie, that her father passed away yesterday and she will be gone until Monday and she asked me to post this for her.

I had a wonderful workout this morning. It was exceptionally good. It wasn't just because I wrapped up week 3 of meso 3 - it was because I worked out in my basement/gym!!!! My DH has got to be the best DH on the planet! Yesterday while I was at work instead of him coming home from work to sleep he completely finished my "step/cardio" area of the gym - complete with carpet and all!!!! It is sooo awesome. I just can't get over how great it looks! I will post pictures soon - but I want to wait until the other half is setup as well.

So excited!!!!

Hey Everyone...


Don't have a ton of time, but wanted to say I'm soo soo SOOO sorry, Debbie, about your dad. My heart goes out to you, my dad died 21 years ago, and my heart still hurts...

I've been really busy w/ a busted frig/ buying new frig/sick DH.

I managed to get in a Turbo Jam workout (Punch Kick and Jam) and left off the band work, and did Mindy Mylrea's Interval Express Step again. Learning the steps and sequences. I REALLY liked her, she is such a goof and funny! Taking me a bit to get the steps, but I got the intervals pretty easy! LOL!

Okay, gotta run...

Will try to be back later to read all your posts more thoroughly...
 
Hi ladies,

I'm checking in very late. But I did complete my workouts on Friday night west coast time.

Here's my workout:

KCM's Cardio Kick Step Boxing - Premix- Horizontal Mix- Warm up,Horizontal Step, Combo's 8&9, Core, and Stretch= 47.5 minutes
Calories burned= 481
This was a ton of fun. It may take me a couple of times to have it all down perfectly but probably not more than 2 to master it. This was fun stuff!

STS-Meso 3, Week 3, Disc# 33-Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps= 61 min
I loved the pace of this workout it did seem to go way faster than Disc#31 on Monday's. I enjoyed the mixture of the sets. I really liked that I didn't have to make tons of weight changes on the barbell which really helps to make the workout go faster. I have a threaded barbell with the star threaded collars, so needless to say lots of weight changes on the barbell adds lots of extra time to the workout. Oh well, I will persevere, I am a STS Warrior!!!;)

ps. I think there was a Cathe gremlin in my workout room, yep, the remote was accidentally rewinding the DVD and I didn't know where I left off so I had to stop it and go from that point in the dvd and did extra sets. I had to laugh because I thought Cathe would so love that!! Yep, I was visited by a Cathe gremlin.:eek::eek:
