I did 41 min. of the Ultimate Taebo, need to lose the 3 pounds I put on over the weekend when we took youngest son out to his favorite restaurant for his birthday meal. :):D:((on the weight gain)

Hi ladies - thanks for starting us off today Annette. This week I'm doing a 5 day HIIT challenge from Daily Hiit (bodyrock people). Here is the workout I did today: Sweat Like Crazy Workout | TheHiit # 19 | The DailyHiit. I did 3 round my time was 16:10. My knee is so bad, I stepped back into the lunge; could not do the power lunges
